I am not only a meteorologist, but a state certified math teacher turned private tutor!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology from Florida State University with a minor in math and am a math educator with 4 years of in classroom experience. I have taught Algebra 2, Precalculus Honors (includes Trigonometry at the high school level) and AP Precalculus (AP Trigonometry imbedded in the course).

When I was in high school I struggled with math and as a teacher I try to teach to THAT student. I became REALLY good at math moving through Calculus 3 and differential equations in college and can now translate complex topics in ways I wish would have been taught to me for easier understanding. I have had MANY students share I helped them find a new love for math and help make the steps and concepts much easier to understand. See testimonials below!

I believe in my heart math should NOT be an obstacle for achieving your dreams and it is my passion to ensure any student of mine thrives in the math world!

The cost for tutoring is not only for the one hour virtual session, but access to a Google Classroom for your student. My vision is to be your student's math consultant and the classroom a space to upload work and ask questions of anytime; responses to come during my office hours!
